Sysadmin default password

What is the default password for sysadmin when initially built?  I am having an issue launching the admin applets from a browser, and I think it is due to SSL setup.  I have another instance with SSL working and admin applets so not sure what the problem is on that one.  I have the SystemProperties set correctly for database access because I am getting prompted with a userid/pw.  Sysadmin should be default password, but I am not sure what it is.  I use AD so most users are Externally authenticated which doesn't work with my other userids.

So what is the default password for sysadmin?  and is there anyway to reset it if I can't get to the UserAdmin applet?  Or is there a way to setup a new default user?
