Error on 1 of datafile

Hi Experts,

I am getting error on 1 of datafile, whenever i perform backup, validate check command or sometime when some transaction happens, error is as below:

ORA-20011: Approximate NDV failed: ORA-01115: IO error reading block from file  (block # )

ORA-01110: data file 288: '+prod01/prodgen/datafile/lot_09l.dbf'

ORA-15081: failed to submit an I/O operation to a disk.

I am getting below error when i am performing RMAN backup or validate command:

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on c1 channel at 04/12/2018 16:56:33

ORA-19501: read error on file "+prod01/prodgen/datafile/lot_09l.dbf'", block number 1097088 (block size=8192)

ORA-15081: failed to submit an I/O operation to a disk
