Formatting of Names like Junior, Senior, III, etc..

Does anyone have a way they enter the Juniors, Seniors, III, II, etc... in their address book and who's who sections they would be willing to share with me?  Not sure if Oracle has a best practice method for how to enter this, or if we can do it however we want as long as it is consistent??
