PolicyStore Issue in Weblogic

Hello Friends,

During restart of Admin and Managed servers, I am getting the below error in the logs.

I have already updated OPSS username and password under $DOMAIN_HOME/config/fmwconfig.xml using wlst command but still the issue persists.

Kindly suggest.
