Pre-boarding/Onboarding

We are looking into a Pre-boarding/Onboarding product to use with iRecruitment (e-Business Suite 12.1.3).  A product where New Hires can complete required paperwork prior to their first day on the job and can integrate with iRecruitment. I've come across Oracle Employee Onboarding Process Accelerator but can't seem to find a lot of information on this product.

Does anyone have any experience with Oracle Employee Onboarding Process Accelerator or another product (third party or other wise)they use and would be willing to discuss?
