Data Dictionary change for Payroll Fields - RTAM and WAAM

Currently implementing a solution that will utilize wage attachment functionality in Payroll to track Loan repayment/deduction on E1 9.2. We encountered size problem with these fields and will like to expand from 9 to 15 in the data dictionary.

We would like to know the implication of performing these expansion.
