BI and OVR - Issues

Hello,

AR - 9.0

TR -9.1.3.1

DB - db2 (as400, v7r1)

BI - 11.1.1.5

OS - WS 2008 R2

Question - Previously BI, OVR was installed in two different machine.

Machine 1 -  The OS is windows 7 , 64 bit machine. On this machine

--> DB Installation:

Oracle Database 11g release 2

-->Repository Creation Utility(RCU)

Machine 2 - The OS installed windows server 2008 R2 machine

--> BI PUBLISHER INSTALL (oracle business intelligence 11g 11.1.1.5.0

--> Installing JDE E1 Boilerplates for BI Publisher

The issue happened is Machine 2 Operating System has been crashed.

So what should be the step to move forward to resolve the issue. The
