Flex Map on 'Item Instance Flex Field' in Install Base Item Instance Page not Working

Hi All,

    I have a requirement where I should fetch value of party name in install base item instance page and depending on that should display dff's( context sensitive dff based on party name).R12.1.3

      In order to do that I changed 'Item Instance Flex Field '

      This includes 1)Reference filed as :$PROFILES$.Party_Name

                            2)Checked 'synchronize with reference field' flag

                            3)2 Segments with party_name Ex:A1, A2  then freezed the dff.

     I can see the flexfield working properly and it is changing depending on the given party_name(A1,A2).

     But the requirement is we don't give party_Name as input,depending on the party_name in the page ,it should change automatically.So I created  a flexmap
