Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

I have received item into Technician Subinventory through Parts Requirement and added the item for Material Debrief but getting the below error.

Invalid Instance Id Provided. The Item Instance ID () provided is Either Expired or it does not exist in Installed Base Tables.
