In Min-Max Report : Requsition appears twice

Hi All,

we are facing  below issue :

when we run the min-max report, requisitions  are repetitively considered though the PO against the requisitions has been created.

This means I feel the records are not getting populated in MTL_Supply_demand table.

why this is happening.

Is there any data fix.
