Concurrent Submit Request > Copy functionality Issue (Payables)

Hi,

After upgrading our database from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2, We are not able to see few programs in "Concurrent Submit Request > Copy functionality". One example is "Invoice Validation" program, earlier we are able to see this in "Concurrent Submit Request > Copy".

Program is submitted by same user with same responsibility.

Any assistance is highly appreciated.
