Unrestricted Life Events for Savings Plans

We want to control our Savings Plans by unrestricted life events.  We previously had used new hire/admin/termination life events to manage them similar to our Medical Programs.  We have removed all references on these plans but when we process a Termination life event for the Medical Program, it is terminating the Savings Plans as well.  We want the Unrestricted Life event to terminate these plans.  We want separate control.
