Agent OEM 12c Start error Net HELPMSG 3534 + metric error collection

Dear all,

I wrote this question because I had no found a solution looking on St. Google or in Support Oracle web page ...

I have a Windows server 2012 server (x64) where installed agent 12.1.0.4, it's started correctly, and looking on OEM WebPage (linux) agent and host result up and running ... after 5 minutes showing message "Error metric collection"; on OEM log message is "unable to connect to http server at https:\\XXXX:3872\emd\main [peer not authenticated]".

I thought to stop service and try to follow this steps :

c:\ORACLE\agent12c\core\12.1.0.4.0\bin>emctl start agent
