Can a Purchase Requisition be automatically cancelled when the associated Work Order is cancelled?

We're using R12.1.3 version of Oracle.

Is there any profile or setting so that a Purchase Requisition in "Incomplete" status can be automatically cancelled when the associated Work Order (which generated it) is cancelled?
