Delinquency fee - minimum amount F03B27

Hi,

I don't understand the way the minimum amount works in F03B27.

I set minimum amount to 5$ for all policies.

Suppose % calculate is 1%.

When I run the R03B525 if I have 4 invoices for an AN8 and a CO.

inv1     amount = 600$     1%=6.00$

inv2     amount = 1000$   1% = 10.00

inv3     amount = -3000$  1% = -30.00

inv4     amount=200$       1% = 2.00

inv5     amount =5000$    1%=50.00

inv6     amount = 400$     1%=4.00

total amount = 4200$

total fees = 42.00

The R03B22 instead of creating a late fee invoice of 42.00$  it create one of 36.00$.  It means that it verify the minimum amount of 5.00$ for each invoice instead on the total fees...

And if there is a credit of -200$, it calculate fee = -2.00$ and this amount will be include in the total fees even if the minimum is 5.00$
