Status rolled back for sales order

Hello All,

I have come across a weird scenario where a sales order status looks to be rolled back from 560-565 (shipment confirmation done) to 550-560 (ready for shipment confirmation , pick slip printed) overnight.

The sales order has three stock lines and all of them have been moved back to 550-560 in F4211. The actual ship date (ADDJ) has been set to blank for line#1 as well as the SO02 flag (on hand updated has been set to blank only for line#1.

Weirdest part is that the last update in F42199 is of the step when lines were successfully processed by P4205 program.Thereafter , there is no entry.
