Siebel server is not coming up

Hi All,

We are trying to restart the siebel server, but it is not coming up. When trying list_server all, it is in running status. But in server manager command it is not connected, when checked the status, it is showing as not available.

Thanks in advance. Please help us to resolve the issue.
