IP17: Deliver Workspace vs Fullpublish

Hi Team,

What the difference between Deliver Workspace vs. Fullpublish ?

Deliver Workspace applies the changes to MAIN ( or parent workspace) and full publish compiles the whole repository for given language.

But when changes done by change by developer are delivered to MAIN Workspace, why full publish is required ?

Please clarify.
