Not able to Schedule Load/Copy/Merge MDS concurrent program from MRP Responsibility

I am Not able to Schedule Load/Copy/Merge MDS concurrent program from MRP Responsibility. Load/Copy/Merge MDS is spawned from Oracle Form Load/Copy/Merge. But schedule option is grayed out. Please help.
