oem 13c notification blackout for maintenance stuck

oem 13c notification blackout for maintenance stuck :- We have few hosts were the targets were in notfication maitainace blackout and when trying to disable blackout it says "There is no brownout currently active on this target."

Tried to clear orphan blackouts but the targets are not listed as orphan blackout targets.
