Timestamp on Sales Order

Right now the timestamp on the Sales Order schedule ship date is set to 23:59:00 for all the Sales Orders and so the discrete job for an assembly item is created with a completion timestamp of 23:59:00.

Is there a way I can use the calendar and shift times of the warehouse to change the timestamp on the Sales Order to the end time of the shift?
