Oracle quarterly patch for Grid Infrastructure in Oracle Restart for Windows

In Oracle 11.2.0.4 Oracle restart configuration for windows, how to apply the Oracle database and Oracle JavaVM quarterly patches.

I know how to apply these patches for single instance database ORACLE_HOME and then the databases.

But, I do not know whether there are different patches available (or the same patches for database ORACLE_HOME) that needs to be applied to the GRID_HOME

in the GI Oracle Restart Configuration for windows.

Please site the patch #s (for both database and grid homes) for both database and JavaVM - FOR WINDOWS - for any particular quarter or the latest APR2018.

This is for 11.2.0.4, but I am all ears for Oracle 12c as well.
