Anyone Intergrated R12 iSupport with 3rd Party Chat Application
Has anyone successfully integrated Oracle iSupport R12 (12.1.3) with a 3rd Party Chat Application and care to share any insights?
We envision a solution where the Chat utility will be visually persisted while navigating within the iSupport UI Pages so at anytime during the self service customer journey the customer can initiate a request for a Chat or alternatively be invited to a Chat by a Customer Success Agent.
Further the integration would extend into the Service History and Interactions forming a cohesive tie between the Chat experience and be captured as part of the overall Customer Journey with the data residing within Oracle Applications. Is anyone interested in having such integration or open to share other inputs on surrounding this thread?
