Electronic signature

Hello,

This client who is currently implementing JDE HCM E1 9.2 has with their HRIS legacy system, a mechanism where the employee electronically signs while opening the Company Policy Handbook when newly hired, as well as each time the company updates the document and that the employee opens the updated company policy document. That HRIS legacy product uses some kind of secret question and answer which acts as the employee's electronic signature, such as HR administrators can know who did review company policies vs. who did not.

Is there any way to do something similar with JDE HCM E1?
