Datafile shrinking

Oracle 11.2.0.4 Linux X86_64 EXADATA X4_2 Machine

I have 7 tables stored in 1 tablespace. 2 tables were occupied significant space in that tablespace.

I am planning to move these 2 tables to other tablespace If I done that can will that change HIGH WATER MARK of the datafile ?

Some datafiles contains more than one table extents, In this case If I move one table will this effect HWM ?
