Payable Import program not picking my interface records

I have uploaded some invoices to interface table. The import program fails to pick up the record. The log and output says failure is 0 and status is null.

Can you guys tell me what are the possible scenarios that can fail to pick up. I have checked my org_id they are matching as well.
