Siebel - IP2017 Migration of LOVs

Dear Siebel experts,

Could you pls. advise  what is best approach to Migrate the LOVs from DEV to Test - Prod?  As far as I understook. LOV's are  included in Main workspace, however I'm pretty sure that they are not migrated within Runtime repository.  Is there any guidelines how to do that ?

Another point is that in previous Siebel version,  you had a possibility to change LOV value or any other parameter like  Order By,  High, Low,  directly e.g on prod. environment.  We used this approach to save some environment related data.

Is it possible to change any LOV in target env. with Main workspace?
