Quote Creation Process in OKS

Hello Contracts Team,

This is regarding the quote creation in OKS, let me share our req.in details. We are in R12.1.3 and need to create the AMC for warranty expired customers.

For this we have to create the quote, get it approved from customer and then create the service agreement in OKS.

I need to understand how can we use the Quote area in this regards, please advice if we can create quote and then create the service agreements. All this should happen in the OKS boundaries.

Appreciate if you can advice or if we have KB article for the same.
