Not able to see Analysis under New to create OTBI report

Hi Team, 

One of my friend is not able to see Analysis under New to create OTBI. please let us know what roles are controlling this. Under new, he is able to see only Report Jobs option.

My other friend with same roles is able to see Analysis option. Not sure what is the issue with this user.
