Can a Sub Contract PO be raised from a Work order at status 80?

Hi All,

Can a work order that is at status 80, partially received a qty against the work order before all the operations were complete. One of the incomplete operations was a sub contract operation . On sub contract operations the purchased order is created and attached, but it would not create the purchase order.

If yes, what are the steps involved? In general what's the best method to raise a Sub Contract PO from WO?
