Getting Fatal error: Have the service administrator view the bne.log file

Hi mates, I would like some help here.

I'm getting this error when exporting a project from Microsoft Project to Oracle Projects:

Fatal error: Have the service administrator view the bne.log file

I haven't been able to find a cause or solution to this issue, so I'm asking here. Maybe any of you have had this issue in the past.

I'll be waiting for your answers, solutions or suggestions!! Thank you all.

Here's a screenshot of the error. It's in Spanish though.
