Reverse Termination/Re-hire Dates

Hi all,

We're on 12.1.3.  We're creating a report to display any changes to a User Record and/or an Assignment record.  We're unsure of how Reverse Termination works, so I'm hoping you guys can help.

Our steps:

We click Reverse Termination.  What date field and table will be populated and with what date?

We click Action/Create Employment.  What date field and table will be populated and with what date?

We're unable to determine where these dates are stored on forms and in the back end.
