Retired asset did not create accounting entries

Hello,

Last month we had 4 assets that had corrupt data and caused them to depreciate after they were retired. After logging a ticket with my oracle support, we were able to reset the assets and our business user was able to correctly retire them. Now, he is finding those same assets are not getting picked up to be reconciled and no accounting entires are created. I'm not sure how to start trouble shooting this as i'm not familiar with this module. Any bit of help would be most appreciated!
