Upgrade to EM13c has stopped at BI Publisher Configuration step

Hi team,

I have an urgent help needed:

My config:

EM12c Release 12.1.0.4

Linux RHEL 6

Repository database:

Linux RHEL 6

Oracle 12.1.0.2.0

During the EM12c upgrade, the graphical interface crashed at BI Publisher Configuration step "Configuration Assistant "BI Publisher Schema Configuration" is in progress."

Since then I'm stuck, as I cannot start the previous OMS version (12c) as the Oracle Management Server version is not compatible with repository version as this one is now in 13.0.0.2

Could you please give me some guidance on what can I do to complete the migration or how to roll it back to restart it?
