EBS Critical Security Update Application Server Version.

We are currently on Oracle database version 11.2 and Oracle EBS 12.1.3 I wanted to confirm if we needed to take the critical security update in the recent email:

This patch specifies that we have to be on Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.5 to apply this CPU patch. Is 11.2 high enough not to need this security patch?
