BI Publisher - XML Publisher Error

Hi,

           I created a template in .rtf.  I was able to preview the PDF by loading the XML manually via MS Word without any error.  However, when I run the report in JDE, it gave me the XML Publisher Error.  The report runs fine and I was able to receive the email if I remove all the tags/fields and just leave the logo and text in the template.  Could someone shed some lights on what could be the problem?  I am using E812, tool 8.98.32.  The .rtf is created by using MS Word 2013, 32bit, with Oracle BI Publisher Desktop
