adcfgclone.pl - libclntsh.so.10.1: cannot open shared object file error

Hey guys,

R12.1.3 environment running on RHEL7 with separate DB and app tiers - non-RAC.

I've had my servers setup for some time and usually work no problem but today when trying to do another clone from production I ran into a problem running the 'adcfgclone.pl appsTier' command.  Started to look at the logs and saw the above error:

'sqlplus: error while loading shared libraries: libclntsh.so.10.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory'.

If I check on the lib file I see this a broken link:

->ls -ltr $ORACLE_HOME/lib/libcln*

-rw-rw-r--. 1 applmgr dba 21464006 Dec 29  2006 /app/oracle/crp3/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/lib/libclntst10.a
