Not able to execute query through OEM

Hi Everyone

In my OEM I know ORACLE home is set and instance and home is showing online.

But when i try to execute a query it gives me below error

*:\*****\*****\*****\******/bin/sqlplus' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

I know oracle Home is correct but it is taking wrong / sign after that.

Can any one help where to update this address.
