Where can I find Password Expiry Warning policy? Need to know when email starts being sent out will

We know that our passwords expire in 120 days.
Do you know when the system generated email is sent to users?  Is it
seven, five, three days before the password expires? 

Also I know that the user continues to receive the email until they reset it. 

What happens if don’t reset it by the 120th day? 

Will they just be locked out and then they will stop receiving the email?
