unable to add Target profile in Migration siebel IP17

Hi Team,

i was installed Ip17 in two different environments in our lab environment and tried to add the target profiles in either environments was not succeeded. imported certificates on both the servers too.

i was able to add profile of the same environment , but when try to add other target profile , it is getting error as could not able to create connection. enabled the workflow manager,EAI ,siebel Remote as mentioned in bookshelf.

after adding target profile itself i can go further,can any one help me out here.

can i get any help over here...your suggestion helps me to overcome this.
