Panic Reboot Causing HBA Card not functioning and no Crash dump is collected

Hi,

Recently our system is hit with a panic reboot.

After the panic reboot.

we notice that our HBA card of the system is not working.

So we shutdown the system and power up the system again.

HBA is working fine.

After multiple reboot, HBA is working fine now.

As for the panic reboot, No Crash dump is collected during the reboot.

Would like to know in what situation the crash dump will not be collect (Already enable )?

if no crash dump available is there a possible logs or output is useful to check on what cause the panic reboot ?
