Error 'FRM-92101 error :There was a failure in the Form Server during start up.This could happen due

We are facing error 'FRM-92101 error :There was a failure in the Form Server during start up.This could happen due to invalid configuration. Please look into the web server log file for details.' while launching forms in EBS R12.2 instance. This is happening in the below case.

  1. Open any form on the instance.
  2. Disconnect the network. Now, the form gets closed with error.
  3. Reconnect to the network.
  4. Logout of the instance and login in the same browser.
  5. Try to open the form. The error pops up.

Could you please help resolve the issue.
