Trial Edition not successful the cursor stays on "Creating SQL for Database Server"

Hi Karthik,

I deleted my instance and cleared all related settings and tried to start the deployment from the beginning again. Howerver this my last step Putty.gen (exploring the scripts) did not finish as I expected (I was successful doing so with around 30 minutes on this step). The cursor stays on the "Creating SQL for Database Server" and then no further move, and would you have further comments on this? Thanks!

I have tried to create a new instance and then got the same pending on Putty step, and I am thinking that I may make some steps wrong?
