Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management V.16 Customization Steps

Hi All,

We have a requirement in our project where we are required to modify one SIM screen and capture the user information into a custom table whoever is viewing that screen.

It seems most of the screen change and we can achieve the data population in custom table by other means that customizing sim-server side.

We don't have any Work space in place to begin with our customization. Currently we are trying the customization in the way explained below .

1.     We have created two custom projects (sim-custom and sim-lib).

2.     In sim-custom project, we have kept sim-client.ear as an input build and the  custom source code which has only 8 screen classes.
