New HTML Quoting functionalities

Hi Team,

We have an Oracle SR  : "Quote Must be a Positive Amount" Error When Copying A Quote in progress to fix the bug in "Recalculate Price and Tax" flag while copying the quote.

We also added below functionalities which are very much needed for our business.

1. User hook option but found it not being called in copy quote flow. Expecting development team will provide this functionality for copy quote.

2. Copy Quote to a different customer should not default the "Recalculate Price Flag". System should allow user to choose this option. Because we have a business today with many distributors who sells our products to the same ABC company. So we will quote the same price for these distributors just to copy from one distributor quote to another distributor quote. In this way both the distributors will receive the same quoted price as they sell the items to the same ABC customers with the same price.
