IB user hook

in Install Base and Asset Tracking - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

I am updating IB instance to update the owner. I am using custom hook to capture the updated record information. But my user hook doesn't get fired even after the record is updated in CSI_ITEM_INSTANCES table.

Does anybody know why it is not firing the user hook (CSI_ITEM_INSTANCE_CUHK.update_item_instance_post)? I am using 11.5.10.2 Apps version.
