Files updated on Deployment as success are still pulled down for deployment

I made a mistake on the file name ( with spaces) and by mistake uploaded to push it to a store.  After i uploaded i realized it has spaces and will not work.  I deleted the file from Web server and updated  deployment tables like DPL_DEPLOYMENT , TARGET , FILE _STATUS as success  , but still the Xenvironment complains that maintenance file fails.   I also deleted from download_Stating/immediate.

Where as i should update or delete so it will SKIP that file ? Please let me know
