ODA V1 HDD Change in STATE_DETAILS

We have one storage HDD on a V1 that has been in PredictiveFail for many months but it's still hanging in there and hasn't thrown an error to an ASM alert log yet this year.  However, STATE_DETAILS on it recently changed to PoorPerformanc.  Can anyone enlighten me on what this might mean?  Thanks,
