ARM Reviewer in .200 able to delete attachments but not in .250?

Not sure if it's a "me" issue, but in our .250 release a reviewer can't delete attachments but in .200 they can.  Yes, looked in the readme for both releases and there wasn't anything relating to this behavior.  The only think that changed was going from .200 to .250.  Was wondering if anyone else experienced this.  If needed will open a ticket and keep ya'll posted.
