Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Create Flat File with UTF-8 Encoding

I used B34A1010 to create a flat file.

Also I have setup the encoding UTF-8 in the P93081.

But the encoding of the txt file didn't effective.

Please give me some suggestion.
